Youth2Youth Digital Health Model is an initiative by Action for Youth Foundation Trust launched in November 2019, aiming to bridge the gap of access to information using the digital spaces. With more than 7k young people reached from diverse countries, the initiative provides Youth Leadership Trainings, Sexual Reproductive Health Rights, Health Awareness Campaigns, Civic Rights and Participation and many more.
The Model is being led by young people as Digital Health Platforms Coordinators and Assistants supporting other Young People.
